I have re-scanned with NMM to find Fallout 4 I have tried running NMM in administrator and installing the mods that way- no luck I have made the appropriate read-only changes to the required files, and I've added the parameters to fallout4custom.ini I am running Windows 10 and the latest Steam version of Fallout 4 The mod at least shows up in the settlement build menu though. Examples of mods with issues are More Where That Came From Diamond City Radio Mod, which seems to just mess up the voice acting and song order, and the SKE settlements mod, which lacks a lot of the preview pictures for items. Examples of what I've gotten to work are the Enhanced Storms Mod and a Cheat Terminal. Other mods with plugins seem to work, although I've run into some issues. This applies to all mods like this - if it does not have a plugin then it will not load in the game. An example of this would be the Visible Roads Mod for the pop boy map, which does not have a plug in since it is a texture, and therefore is not in the load order, and will not work no matter how I install it and enable it.
